◆◆◆. Location: Yokogawa, S-13, 1600 meters - in oil factory. First aid at relief station of Yokogawa Fuel Group. Admitted to hospital 25 Augsut, died 2 October 1945, 12.15 hours. Burns of back. On admission-habitus moderate. Malnourished. Pale, prostrated. Fever 36 degrees - Pulse 78 - Heart borders normal. Heart sounds normal. Breath sounds rough at both infraclavicular areas. Slough of burned areas over back, abdomen, and right arm with suppuration - Little exudate except over abdomen. Also infected burn of buttock. Malaise and amorexia present. Case of Major ◆◆◆.
