Photographed at the Ujina branch hospital of the Hiroshima First Military Hospital in Hiroshima City. Patient was about one kilometer north from center of explosion and was in a standing position apporoximately 3 1

2 meters from a window indoors in Military Barracks. Patient was stripped of clothing on upper part of torso as in picture, while in lower part of body he was wearing white trousers. Diagnosis: Glass fragments did not penetrate clothing but affected only the upper stripped part of the body. Light case of Atomic Bomb symptoms. Wbc 1300 on 24 September.
