Some cells with nuclear characteristics of reticulum cell. Others have prominent nucleoli. Some cells are found to have myelocytic granules in giemsa stained smears. Note sausage shaped and polymorphous nuclei of some cells. Plasma cells are also present in large numbers. X1020. |
