Stair atop Fukoku Biulding. The original pink color of the imitation granite is retained only where shadowed by the projections. Elsewhere the material is a pale yellow. The lines of junction are intensified by pencil marks. Note the complete transverse line on the first step down produced by the parapet and the angular lines on the other steps produced by the step above in each instance.
